Dr Suzy Gray uses drama and augmented reality to explore science fictional concepts ranging from the political implications of energy transference to the emotional outcomes of super-positioning.
I’ll be interviewing her about her influences and how less expected media like theatre and poetry can explore science fiction in original and compelling ways at the monthly British Science Fiction Meeting next Wednesday, 23 May.
Venue is the Artillery Arms, 102 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8ND.
Doors are from 6.30pm for a 7.15pm start. Entry is free.
There’ll be performances, readings and demonstrations of how technology like AR can enhance experience as we explore what happens when science reality catches up with science fiction.
